Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of existing B2B merchants and build long-term client relationships.
• Monitor approval rates, conversion rates, transaction volumes, and other payment performance metrics.
• Analyze transaction data and recommend improvements to payment methods, geographies, and technical settings.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of payment methods, markets, and company products.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client-specific payment integrations and support.
• Conduct regular business reviews covering performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in account management, key account management, business development, or customer success.
• Background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or a related financial technology environment.
• Understanding of merchant lifecycles, payment flows, and transaction performance metrics.
• Russian at C1 level and English at B2 level required for communication with international clients and internal teams.
• Experience with CRM tools and analytics software.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver tailored payment solutions.
