What you will do

  • Identify and research potential customers matching the company's target profile.
  • Execute outbound reach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to schedule introductory meetings.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria before handing them to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to keep prospect information current.
  • Utilize AI tools and sales platforms to improve research and personalize communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer success.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
