What you will do

  • Connect with prospective customers using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and drive qualified inbound marketing leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communicate value propositions to manager and practitioner personas.
  • Maintain accurate contact information and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Executives to execute demand generation campaigns.

  • Must be based in Australia
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with limited direction.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced change.
  • Self-discipline to manage high-volume business activities.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous skill improvement.

Nice to have

  • 6+ months of B2B sales development experience.
  • Understanding of SaaS, networking, or cloud offerings.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Japanese language proficiency.
