What you will do
- Connect with prospective customers using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and drive qualified inbound marketing leads to create sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Communicate value propositions to manager and practitioner personas.
- Maintain accurate contact information and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Executives to execute demand generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia

- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Self-discipline to manage high-volume business activities.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous skill improvement.
Nice to have
- 6+ months of B2B sales development experience.
- Understanding of SaaS, networking, or cloud offerings.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Japanese language proficiency.
