What you will do
- Proactively reach out to new paying customers via phone, email, and text to schedule their first onboarding session.
- Manage and maintain an accurate customer pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
- Review customer business details and use cases to tailor conversations and value positioning.
- Ensure smooth and accurate handoffs by booking sessions for the Customer Success onboarding team.
- Follow structured outreach scripts while confidently handling basic questions and objections.
- Partner with the onboarding team to share feedback and optimize the customer handoff process.
Requirements
- Comfort speaking with customers over the phone and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow a script while sounding natural.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and CRM activity.
- Resilience and adaptability when handling objections or unresponsive customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
