What you will do

• Manage inbound sales for hospitality venues within the APAC region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer requirements and provide tailored, value-added solutions.
• Guide qualifying customers through the upgrade path from basic to advanced platforms.
• Conduct software demonstrations for core POS products and associated modules.
• Drive reactive upsells to maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Requirements

• Experience in account management or sales development roles carrying a sales quota.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com to manage and organize sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
