What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers within the assigned territory.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving C-suite and firm leadership.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions using ROI analysis and cost modeling.
- Execute account plans focused on long-term value, cloud adoption, and product utilization.
- Manage renewals in partnership with Customer Success to ensure retention targets are met.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services.
- Must be located in Australia (no sponsorship provided).
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts and exceeding growth/retention targets.
- Experience leading clients through on-premises to cloud transitions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 25–50% as business needs require.
