Location: Remote (Australia). Must be based in Australia; employment sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers within the assigned territory.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving C-suite and firm leadership.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop compelling value propositions using ROI analysis and cost modeling.
  • Execute account plans focused on long-term value, cloud adoption, and product utilization.
  • Manage renewals in partnership with Customer Success to ensure retention targets are met.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services.
  • Must be located in Australia (no sponsorship provided).
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and exceeding growth/retention targets.
  • Experience leading clients through on-premises to cloud transitions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% as business needs require.
