TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Fintech): Generating new business opportunities and building the sales pipeline across Southeast Asia and the APAC wealth management ecosystem with an accent on strategic account qualification and outbound engagement. Focus on identifying target accounts in private banks and family offices and executing regional prospecting tactics.
Location: Remote (Must have valid authorization to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available)

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the Singapore and APAC region.
- Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with commercial strategy.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with stakeholders in private banks, family offices, and investment management firms.
- Build account intelligence and collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning.
- Help shape outbound messaging and regional campaign strategies to resonate in local markets.
- Meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Valid authorization to work in Singapore (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional presence.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Japanese.
