TL;DR
Partner Manager (SaaS): Driving sales and profitability through channel partners by identifying, engaging, and onboarding prospects with an accent on channel strategy and regional planning. Focus on moving the company upstream into the large mid-market and enterprise space.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective channel partners.
- Develop and execute a channel strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Operationalize channel sales motions with Account Executives to achieve quotas.
- Demonstrate the value of the Partner Program to key stakeholders.
- Own regional plans and forecasts for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience working with Channel Partners, VARs, Distributors, or MSPs.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills for crafting mutually beneficial solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills for executive-level storytelling.
- Experience developing territory business plans and measuring success via KPIs.
- Must have valid work authorization for Australia (no Visa sponsorship available).
