What you will do
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4 Commercial & Enterprise BDRs to ensure quota attainment.
- Oversee daily activities, quality control, and performance metrics for the BDR function.
- Develop and implement outbound pipeline growth strategies and prospecting tactics.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members on product knowledge, sales methodology, and tools.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnership leaders to ensure market coverage and pipeline health.
- Drive operational excellence through accurate reporting, forecasting, and process innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity (Team Lead or Manager).
- Proven track record of success in an outbound sales environment with consistent quota achievement.
- Strong experience managing or mentoring BDRs/SDRs.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage upwards and cross-functionally across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools like Outreach, SalesNav, Gong, 6sense, or Lusha.
