Sales Account Manager (Beauty & Wellness): Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and increased product adoption within a portfolio of SMB Partners with an accent on commercial conversations, proactive outreach, and delivering month-on-month account spend growth. Focus on identifying, qualifying, and executing growth opportunities, analyzing account performance, and building strong relationships to accelerate revenue expansion.
Location: Onsite in Sydney, Australia. All employees work from the office five days per week.

What you will do
- Own revenue outcomes and drive consistent growth in account spend for an SMB Partner portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase product adoption.
- Proactively engage your portfolio through structured outbound cadences (calls, video, face-to-face meetings).
- Analyze account performance and platform usage data to spot growth signals and build targeted action plans.
- Run consultative sales conversations that clearly link Partner goals to hirify.global solutions, handling objections.
- Retain Partners by increasing value realized and addressing early churn risk through adoption, education, and commercial problem-solving.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in outbound business development and/or a quota-carrying account management or sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets and stay motivated by revenue goals and commission outcomes.
- Confidence in running commercial conversations, including pricing, value articulation, and negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume portfolio with a consistent cadence.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Experience selling into small businesses.
