Salary: Gross annual salary starting at EUR 115,000 (all-in)

What you will do

• Lead the global management of platform worker and rider classification risks.
• Monitor high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations to develop defense strategies.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support next-generation delivery solutions.
• Analyze legislative developments impacting platform work and advise Public Policy teams.
• Act as a subject-matter expert providing guidance to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• At least 6 years of experience in a law firm with a strong background in litigation.
• Deep expertise in platform work, worker classification, and the EU Platform Workers Directive.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
