B2B Business Sales Development Specialist (Mobility): Driving sales growth for the B2B product by prospecting and closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses with an accent on lead generation and CRM management. Focus on optimizing the sales funnel, negotiating terms, and expanding the customer base in the Czech market.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office per week)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales funnel, including lead processing, prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships with SMB clients using CRM tools.
  • Achieve growth targets and optimize performance through an uncapped commission scheme.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively market hirify.global Business offerings.
  • Collaborate with the local business team to implement strategic sales plans and close significant deals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English and Czech is required.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for efficiency.
