Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office per week)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales funnel, including lead processing, prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships with SMB clients using CRM tools.
- Achieve growth targets and optimize performance through an uncapped commission scheme.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively market Business offerings.
- Collaborate with the local business team to implement strategic sales plans and close significant deals.
Requirements
- Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
- At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced B2B sales.
- Fluency in English and Czech is required.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for efficiency.
