What you will do
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with a portfolio of key retail partners.
- Conduct Business Reviews to analyze performance and develop forward-looking growth strategies.
- Identify partner needs and co-create solutions to improve business impact.
- Execute new product opportunities, such as white-label delivery, to increase partner revenue.
- Use a data-based approach to drive revenue growth and improve venue performance.
- Renegotiate terms and conditions with partners and coordinate between operations, support, and marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in negotiation within high-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Fluency in Slovak or Czech and English is required.
- High level of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience working with CRM and BI systems.
- Background in the Retail or FMCG sectors.
