What you will do

• Develop and foster long-term relationships with a portfolio of key retail partners.
• Conduct Business Reviews to analyze performance and develop forward-looking growth strategies.
• Identify partner needs and co-create solutions to improve business impact.
• Execute new product opportunities, such as white-label delivery, to increase partner revenue.
• Use a data-based approach to drive revenue growth and improve venue performance.
• Renegotiate terms and conditions with partners and coordinate between operations, support, and marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in negotiation within high-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Fluency in Slovak or Czech and English is required.
• High level of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CRM and BI systems.
• Background in the Retail or FMCG sectors.
