What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers across Denmark.
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline through outreach, consultative selling, and CRM tracking (Pipedrive).
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategy for hirify.global for Work in Denmark.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and drive growth of existing accounts.
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients, resolving issues and using data for decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, analytics, marketing, operations, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in B2B sales, ideally enterprise or mid-market
  • Experience with consultative sales and long-cycle deal management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive
  • Business level English and Danish communication skills
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to close partnerships and juggle priorities in fast-paced environment
