TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Product Marketing (GTM): Orchestrating company-wide product launches and revenue-driving initiatives for intelligent data infrastructure with an accent on GTM operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building a scalable launch framework, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and leading a team of GTM Program Managers.

Location: Hybrid in the United States (Morrisville, NC or San Jose, CA)

Salary: $200,000–$225,000

What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of GTM Program Managers aligned to strategic business pillars.
  • Design and implement a standardized, tiered product launch framework for hardware, software, and solutions.
  • Orchestrate high-impact launches and sales initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Establish operational governance through standardized templates and executive stage-gate reviews.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure business impact, including pipeline generation and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy in a B2B enterprise tech environment.
  • 4+ years of experience directly managing and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in building scalable launch frameworks and operational cadences from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level and VP-level executives in a matrixed organization.
  • Must be based in the United States to meet hybrid in-office expectations.
