What you will do

• Handle and analyze system issues raised by business and operations teams.
• Collaborate with other divisions in Wholesale banking to monitor system issues and provide timely updates and resolution.
• Work with IT and system product owners to resolve system issues.
• Create and follow up incident monitoring files.
• Formulate proposals for system improvements.
• Perform interventions related to FI and NFI electronic payments that were incorrectly supplied.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Analytical, flexible, open-minded, and team-player mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage/prioritize multiple tasks.
• Client-driven approach and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously.
• Experience working in a payment or payment technology company and in a financial institution.
