What you will do
- Design and optimize direct sales marketing strategies to hit revenue and performance targets.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing collateral and sales materials.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and paid ads to convert the top of the funnel.
- Analyze funnel and campaign performance to translate data into actionable insights.
- Refine audience segmentation and personalization to boost conversion rates.
- Partner with the Membership Business Unit to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful direct sales marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing, human psychology, and high-converting content.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
- Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools within a marketing context.
Nice to have
- Experience with membership or subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and advanced segmentation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
