What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs daily to ensure performance targets are met.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to identify high-performing tactics.
- Manage campaign budgets across channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to craft high-performing landing experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Reporting.
- Strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting mechanisms.
- Experience with conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate networks.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM platforms like HubSpot or Braze.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
