What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs daily to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to identify high-performing tactics.
  • Manage campaign budgets across channels to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to craft high-performing landing experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting mechanisms.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate networks.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM platforms like HubSpot or Braze.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
