What you will do

• Execute hirify.global’s brand and communications strategy across all channels to ensure consistency in voice and positioning.
• Lead media relations and PR initiatives to secure high-impact coverage through relationships with journalists and agencies.
• Develop key communication assets, including press releases, media kits, and executive talking points.
• Manage brand reputation and crisis communications, identifying risks and coordinating strategic responses.
• Drive internal communications to align teams with business priorities and foster transparency.
• Lead communications for CSR, sustainability, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, PR, or Corporate Communications.
• Experience within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services sectors.
• Proven track record of securing high-quality media coverage and managing industry journalist relationships.
• Experience in handling crisis communications and navigating high-pressure situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing senior leaders for media interviews and stakeholder engagements.
