What you will do

  • Lead and execute end-to-end customer engagement initiatives, including industry summits, roadshows, and awards.
  • Develop and manage B2B loyalty and advocacy programs to drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute customer marketing campaigns, including messaging, targeting, and asset production.
  • Support GTM strategies through sales enablement materials, launch toolkits, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Nurture customer communities and cultivate advocates through testimonials and recognition initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including event attendance, retention rates, and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Event Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale customer events, conferences, and engagement programs.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or platform-based businesses is preferred.
