Marketing Director (SaaS)

What you will do

• Develop and implement short-term, high-impact marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen global brand presence, market positioning, and consistency of messaging across channels.
• Build go-to-market strategies and product positioning for new products and user segments.
• Design data-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns and optimize ROI through performance analytics.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content, email, affiliate, and paid social marketing activities supporting SaaS growth.
• Manage partnerships, agencies, budgets, and marketing team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in software, technology, or creative industries.
• Proven success leading marketing strategies and growth hacking for SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products.
• Strong leadership, team-building, collaboration, communication, and innovation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with C-level executives.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with global brand management in creative technology or software.
