What you will do
- Own and drive the full marketing strategy (digital, brand, content, and campaigns) for London and regional Southeast Asian markets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
- Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives focused on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Build and lead the content marketing engine, including blogs, video scripts, and landing pages.
- Manage creative production by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital strategy, and cross-functional campaign leadership.
- Proficiency in paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), SEO, content marketing, and CRM.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate analysis into clear strategic decisions.
- Must be based in London with flexibility for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
- Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers.
