Salary: $217,000 - $255,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the client services product surface, including enrollment, eligibility, and payer configuration.
- Manage, develop, and hold accountable a Product Manager focused on Enrollment & Eligibility.
- Drive long-term eligibility platform scalability to unlock enrollment growth at scale.
- Instrument and optimize the enrollment funnel to identify and fix member activation breakdowns.
- Develop a triage and prioritization framework for custom client requests in partnership with Growth and Client Services.
- Operate in a forward-deployed capacity, engaging directly with clients and participating in RFP processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with significant experience in health benefits, payer systems, or complex B2B2C environments.
- Deep fluency in eligibility and enrollment data flows, from employer configuration to member activation.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers.
- Strong data skills for funnel instrumentation, activation analysis, and executive reporting.
- Experience balancing custom client requirements against platform leverage in a scaled product organization.
- Must be based in New York, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Seattle.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted product development, including the use of LLMs or agentic tools in product workflows.
