Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Design UX for cloud-based audit and financial reporting products using AI-assisted tools (Figma Make, Claude Code, Replit).
• Define human oversight moments within agentic AI workflows to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Evolve the corporate design system and ensure AI-generated UI meets accessibility and quality standards.
• Plan and lead end-to-end user research programs, using AI to synthesize findings and patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to model scenarios and validate assumptions through AI-generated prototypes.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers in both design craft and AI-assisted practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX experience with a portfolio demonstrating design decisions under ambiguity.
• Fluency with AI-assisted tools including prompting, custom workflows, and output evaluation.
• Experience designing for agentic or AI-driven features.
• Proficiency with Figma and extensive experience working with component-based design systems.
• Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, to support a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
