What you will do

• Lead design for the platform, translating complex technical requirements into usable and scalable UX solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to shape the product roadmap and architectural decisions.
• Elevate design quality across the platform by developing and contributing to shared patterns and design systems.
• Mentor other designers and drive cross-functional thinking about UX quality and product cohesion.
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, workflow discovery, and usability testing to inform product direction.
• Navigate ambiguity to define the right problem before designing the final solution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or UX design experience, with at least 4 years specifically in enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Deep expertise in designing complex systems, admin tools, or enterprise platform features.
• Strong UX architecture skills and fluency in Figma and structured design systems.
• Experience conducting customer discovery, usability testing, and validation research.
• Ability to independently drive complex initiatives from problem definition through execution.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or construction domains.
• Experience working directly with subject matter experts in complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or Galileo AI.
