TL;DR
Product Designer (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Designing secure, usable product experiences for individuals and businesses with an accent on accessibility and human-centered security. Focus on owning feature design from discovery to delivery and integrating AI-assisted prototyping into the design-to-code pipeline.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States or Canada)
Salary: $118,000 – $165,000 USD / $104,000 – $146,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own the design of well-defined features and problem spaces from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align solutions with customer goals and business priorities.
- Develop high-quality prototypes and mockups using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Contribute to design direction, shared standards, and practices within the Experience, Design, and Research (EDR) team.
- Balance usability, accessibility, and security considerations to make security clear and trustworthy.
- Participate in design critiques and peer feedback to raise the overall quality of work.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor).
- A portfolio demonstrating craft, design process, and measurable impact on users.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and User Research to ship designs.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for security, privacy, enterprise, or highly regulated products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience conducting usability tests or other research methods.
- Experience contributing to a design system.
