Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $118,000 – $165,000 USD / $104,000 – $146,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own the design of well-defined features and problem spaces from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align solutions with customer goals and business priorities.
• Develop high-quality prototypes and mockups using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Contribute to design direction, shared standards, and practices within the Experience, Design, and Research (EDR) team.
• Balance usability, accessibility, and security considerations to make security clear and trustworthy.
• Participate in design critiques and peer feedback to raise the overall quality of work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor).
• A portfolio demonstrating craft, design process, and measurable impact on users.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and User Research to ship designs.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for security, privacy, enterprise, or highly regulated products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience conducting usability tests or other research methods.
• Experience contributing to a design system.
