TL;DR
Product Designer (AdTech): Designing and optimizing end-to-end user experiences for an integrated advertising journey planning and reporting platform with an accent on intuitive interfaces and data-driven design. Focus on building scalable design systems, conducting usability testing, and bridging the gap between complex advertising data and user-centric visual tools.
Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON, Canada). Must work on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Salary: $90,000–$105,000

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to bring product ideas to life.
- Maintain and advance design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iteratively optimize engagement and usability.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
- Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid schedule (Tues, Wed, Thu on-site).
- Strong communication skills to confidently present and defend design decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Background in AdTech, FinTech, or SaaS industries.
