Senior Product Designer (AI): Building and designing a brand new AI-driven product for competitive and buyer intelligence from the ground up with an accent on agentic paradigms and human-centric experiences. Focus on creating novel ways to expose AI complexity, ensuring high visual polish, and iterating rapidly in a startup environment.

Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Toronto, or London). Must be based in or able to work from these offices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: CA$145K – CA$183K + Equity

• Own the end-to-end user experience of a brand new AI product from the ground up.
• Create polished, visually striking interfaces with a high degree of aesthetic judgment regarding typography, spacing, and color.
• Collaborate with researchers and ML specialists to rethink competitive intelligence for the AI era.
• Ship significant new value to customers every sprint by defining designs and checking in code directly.
• Utilize and develop AI tools as a force multiplier to uplevel the design process and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping high-quality products used by thousands of users.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex design challenges aesthetically.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to push their boundaries.
• Ability to prove a meaningful impact on company outcomes through design work.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Toronto, or London to support the office-first hybrid model.
