What you will do

• Support transformation programs from initial strategy through to final execution.
• Develop recommendations addressing people, process, technology, and operating model considerations.
• Manage the analysis, structure, and output of assigned workstreams end-to-end.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and lead change adoption activities.
• Adapt delivery approaches dynamically when scope or client requirements shift.
• Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders through consistent and reliable conduct.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Demonstrable credentials in commercial transformation programs for life science companies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen in navigating complex stakeholder communities and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
