What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise-wide digital, business, organisational, and AI transformation programmes from vision through execution.
• Advise boards, C-suite executives, and senior leadership on strategy, digital operating models, AI adoption, and technology-enabled change.
• Assess organisational capabilities and identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, technology modernisation, and productivity improvement.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, investment priorities, benefits realisation frameworks, and governance models.
• Lead initiatives using Generative AI, intelligent automation, data, hirify.global technologies to create measurable business value.
• Build senior client relationships, influence decision-making, and support strategic advisory engagements, commercial proposals, and account growth.

Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience leading complex digital, business, AI, and organisational transformation programmes across multiple industries.
• Deep expertise in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, organisational change, AI adoption, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience delivering cost optimisation, productivity gains, and operational efficiencies through technology, automation, AI, and process redesign.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, investment strategies, transformation portfolios, and measurable value outcomes.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with pragmatic delivery and lead collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
