What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end VIP user journey across App and Web platforms, including purchase, benefits, and referrals.
- Optimize VIP product experience by identifying pain points and enhancing benefit visibility and usability.
- Design and execute growth and lifecycle initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Plan and run VIP campaigns and operational activities, including QA and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to translate data insights into actionable growth plans.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in internet, fintech, or crypto platform businesses.
- Proven ability to combine product thinking with operational execution for consumer-facing products.
- Experience in campaign planning, including referral and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills in funnel and cohort analysis.
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
