What you will do

• Translate product strategy and roadmaps into epics, requirements, initiatives, and actionable deliverables.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user needs, business impact, scope, and regulatory constraints.
• Drive initiatives from planning through delivery by tracking timelines, risks, blockers, and outcomes.
• Analyze business data, user journeys, requirements, edge cases, and dependencies to identify opportunities and solve product problems.
• Write user flows, acceptance criteria, and product documentation, then validate delivered features against intended outcomes.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, Project teams, executives, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong practical knowledge of crypto products and infrastructure, including wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards, and trading.
• Strong business analysis skills covering requirements gathering, user-flow analysis, product discovery, and data-informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business functions.
• Strong execution, prioritization, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or a closely related environment.
• Familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools.
