What you will do
- Generate and qualify new leads within the assigned territory to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing enterprise-level deals.
- Engage prospects through multi-channel strategies including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and account information within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and support account-based marketing initiatives.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to executive-level stakeholders and technical buyers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within SaaS or subscription models.
- Professional proficiency in English and native-level Japanese communication skills.
- Expertise in territory planning, prospecting, and navigating complex enterprise sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate enterprise deals exceeding $50k USD.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales prospecting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Tokyo and conduct in-person meetings with prospects.
