What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new leads within the assigned territory to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Engage prospects through multi-channel strategies including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and account information within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and support account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively to executive-level stakeholders and technical buyers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within SaaS or subscription models.
  • Professional proficiency in English and native-level Japanese communication skills.
  • Expertise in territory planning, prospecting, and navigating complex enterprise sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate enterprise deals exceeding $50k USD.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tokyo and conduct in-person meetings with prospects.
