What you will do

• Handle pre-sales tasks including new account creation and processing special pricing requests.
• Manage post-sales administration, including Salesforce account maintenance and order investigation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Order Management, and Global Support teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Administer product upgrades, term extensions, and license compliance communications.
• Maintain accurate contact and account data within internal CRM systems.
• Manage the internal help desk queue and ensure data entry compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and previous administrative support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-based environment.
• Availability for travel (1-2 weeks per year) for sales meetings and training.
• Flexibility to work extended hours at the end of the fiscal quarter.
