What you will do

• Advise on and approve credit proposals in alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Manage portfolio exposure and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Partner with front office teams to reinforce a strong risk culture across the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Acquisition Finance (AF) and Real Estate Finance (REF).
• Contribute to strategic discussions on risk appetite and regional portfolio steerhirify.global.
• Coordinate the implementation of global and regional regulatory commitments in the credit risk space.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in Wholesale Bankhirify.global front office and/or credit risk roles.
• Expert knowledge of lendhirify.global products, documentation, and financial markets.
• Strong understandhirify.global of Acquisition Finance and Real Estate Finance sectors, ideally within Asia or emerghirify.global markets.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Engineerhirify.global, or a related field.
• Ability to comply with the Monetary Authority of Shirify.globalapore’s Guidelines on Individual Accountability and Conduct (IAC, 2021).
