What you will do

• Perform daily client money lock-up calculations and custody asset segregation across various business areas.
• Conduct investigation, reporting, and root cause identification of day-to-day process exceptions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve Client Assets issues.
• Review and improve risk and control frameworks to adhere to Asia Regulatory rules.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and handle requests for information and communications.
• Manage deliverables for external auditors to demonstrate and support compliance with CASS requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with working knowledge of Asia regulations, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong risk management skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to analyze detailed Operations and Engineering processes to understand complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to articulate solutions across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code development skills and tooling such as Alteryx or SQL.
