What you will do

• Review account onboarding and maintenance documentation to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform AML and KYC due diligence to identify red flags and mitigate risks during the onboarding stage.
• Execute data input for proper account setup and ensure suitability reviews are completed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and PWM teams to resolve complex documentation issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and conduct comprehensive system testing and regression analysis.
• Ensure updated documentation is accurately stored in the central documents depository.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of financial industry experience in AML or other Client Onboarding Regulatory roles.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks within operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with Business and Federation partners.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese to effectively review documentation and collaborate with Greater China markets.
