What you will do
- Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently achieving sales targets.
- Consult with B2B clients across Europe to recommend tailored signage solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies to generate repeat business.
- Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to align customer expectations.
- Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and ongoing feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
- Native-level German proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Good English proficiency for internal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and explain technical solutions.
- Proactive approach to guiding customers toward buying decisions.
