What you will do

  • Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe to recommend tailored signage solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies to generate repeat business.
  • Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to align customer expectations.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and ongoing feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
  • Native-level German proficiency is non-negotiable.
  • Good English proficiency for internal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and explain technical solutions.
  • Proactive approach to guiding customers toward buying decisions.
