TL;DR
Enterprise Sales Executive (DACH): Acquiring and growing enterprise accounts for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on driving new ARR through deep discovery, commercial negotiation, and effective orchestration across finance, IT, and procurement teams.
Location: Hybrid (must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Berlin, Munich, or Zurich). Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do
- Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound and inbound qualification.
- Lead deep discovery sessions across travel and spend, mapping pain points, data flows, and ROI.
- Orchestrate complex evaluations with multiple stakeholders, including CFOs and IT leaders.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and security due diligence to close commercial agreements.
- Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure smooth post-sale activation.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in the CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals for the DACH market.
- Proven track record in new business quota attainment within enterprise cycles.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
- Experience selling into Finance, Procurement, and IT functions.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Legal, RevOps, and Security teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DACH-specific ERP, HRIS, tax, and invoicing ecosystems.
- Additional regional language skills beyond English and German.
