is hiring for an Account Manager role focused on managing key local accounts for taste/flavors.
What you will do
- Grow business for designated accounts by leading all sales activities and managing top and bottom line performance.
- Develop and execute account strategies and account plans aligned with overall business objectives to maximize sales targets.
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders to position the company in project briefs and win business.
- Analyze account portfolios, strengths/weaknesses, and opportunities to increase project pipeline and improve win rate.
- Address customer concerns and issues with high awareness of market changes and competitive activities.
- Lead price agreements, support Customer Care, and optimize supply chain to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver results in a competitive market.
- Strong customer focus, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
