What you will do

• Own and develop strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships with local customers.
• Lead and execute China key account plans aligned with global, regional, and local strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, supply chain, quality, and customer care teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Identify commercial opportunities, manage pricing and margins, and deliver sales and profit targets.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Support business development by onboarding customers aligned with the growth strategy.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a sales or key account manager in the flavor or food-related industry.
• Hands-on experience managing local key accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
• Strong commercial and market understanding of savory, sweet, and beverage applications.
• Experience in an international company or a leading local flavor house.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Customer-centric, results-driven mindset with high integrity, ownership, and accountability.
