What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key local accounts in China.
• Execute China key account plans aligned with global and regional strategies.

• Identify commercial opportunities, manage pricing/margins, and deliver sales and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Onboard new customers aligned with the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a sales or key account manager in the flavor or food-related industry.
• Hands-on experience managing local key accounts and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong commercial understanding of savory, sweet, and beverage applications.
• Background in an international company or a leading local flavor house.
• Strong project management skills for coordinating virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
