What you will do

• Lead long-term business development and regional account management for two strategic global accounts.
• Implement global strategies through regional commercial agreements, pricing, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining the company's status as a key partner.
• Collaborate with BU teams and Ingredient Solutions to manage customer projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and disruptive innovation ideas along the value chain.
• Coordinate local account management activities to ensure global consistency across North America.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the food or ingredients industry.
• Proven success in regional and global account management within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, specifically in pricing and long-term value creation.
• Technical understanding of flavors and food applications (beverage experience is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Princeton, NJ, US
