What you will do
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Drive consistent delivery of revenue growth, profitability, and margin targets across the account portfolio.
- Identify and convert strategic opportunities, balancing new business development with account expansion.
- Manage and evolve the customer pipeline to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Application) to co-create differentiated solutions.
- Maintain ownership of account performance and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in B2B commercial roles, preferably within the flavors/aromas industry.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios and driving new business development.
- Understanding of value proposition selling in technical or solution-based environments.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- Availability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
