What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for lead assets with a focus on rare and genetic diseases.
  • Lead pricing, reimbursement, and contracting negotiations with payers, CMS, GPOs, and PBMs.
  • Oversee trade and distribution strategy, managing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with HEOR, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to shape value propositions and real-world evidence strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing access organization, including managing National Account Directors.
  • Serve as the senior external voice for market access, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of market access experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, specifically in rare disease.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Deep expertise in the payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and pricing strategy.
  • Substantial experience shaping HEOR and real-world evidence strategies.
  • Proven history of negotiating and managing contracts with payers and external partners.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
