Location: Hybrid role, based in Boston, Massachusetts
Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and refine the strategic roadmap, including growth opportunities, business model evolution, and competitive positioning.
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning, translating objectives into actionable operating plans and measurable KPIs.
- Orchestrate enterprise-wide, business-critical programs through the Strategic Program & Project Execution (SPPE) function.
- Own the strategic partnerships agenda, managing the full lifecycle from selection and negotiation to governance.
- Lead the company’s leadership operating rhythm, including strategic offsites and quarterly reviews to ensure decision-making alignment.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategy, planning, and partnership professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy leadership.
- Proven success leading complex organizational transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in building business cases, scenario models, and ROI analyses.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging senior leaders and the Board.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model, with potential for in-person interviews in Boston.
