What you will do

• Define and refine the strategic roadmap, including growth opportunities, business model evolution, and competitive positioning.
• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning, translating objectives into actionable operating plans and measurable KPIs.
• Orchestrate enterprise-wide, business-critical programs through the Strategic Program & Project Execution (SPPE) function.
• Own the strategic partnerships agenda, managing the full lifecycle from selection and negotiation to governance.
• Lead the company’s leadership operating rhythm, including strategic offsites and quarterly reviews to ensure decision-making alignment.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategy, planning, and partnership professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy leadership.
• Proven success leading complex organizational transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in building business cases, scenario models, and ROI analyses.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging senior leaders and the Board.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model, with potential for in-person interviews in Boston.
