Vice President, Corporate Strategy (Automotive)

Location: Flexible hybrid model; in-person interviews may be required for positions based in Boston and Dublin.

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 USD annual base salary / OTE, plus potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs.

What you will do

• Define and refine the strategic roadmap, including growth opportunities, competitive positioning, business model evolution, and build-buy-partner strategies.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning by setting objectives, aligning cross-functional priorities, and translating strategy into operating plans and measurable KPIs.
• Identify market opportunities and guide product and investment priorities using market intelligence, customer research, data, and AI trends.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic programs through integrated roadmaps, clear ownership, prioritization, risk management, and execution discipline.
• Own strategic partnerships from alliance evaluation and deal structuring through governance, execution, and performance measurement.
• Lead the leadership operating rhythm, including executive meetings, strategic offsites, quarterly reviews, governance, and accountability frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy leadership in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading strategy development and execution, strategic planning, portfolio management, performance improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical rigor, including business cases, scenario models, and ROI analyses.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders and the Board.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, integrity, ownership, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
