What you will do
- Serve as the primary owner and accountable lead for assigned healthcare accounts with limited oversight.
- Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams to establish business outcomes.
- Develop quarterly success plans including objectives, timelines, risks, and success metrics.
- Drive platform engagement and solution adoption among core users and executive leadership.
- Identify new workflows and expansion opportunities to increase value for both the customer and the company.
- Maintain relationships across the client base, from executive clinical leadership to front-line users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or professional services at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
- Project management experience for complex implementations in provider-side healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of provider-side hospital operations.
- Proven track record of applying quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25-35% nationwide.

- Experience in business development, sales, or account growth.
- Knowledge of acute care patient flow processes, challenges, and solutions.
- Change management experience.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.
