Implementation Lead (SaaS): Owning the end-to-end implementation pipeline for secondary care contracts with an accent on data-driven activation metrics and operational scalability. Focus on leading a high-performing team to drive rapid customer adoption of AI-powered clinical tools and optimizing cross-functional delivery processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Shoreditch) for hybrid work (3 days/week in office)

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation pipeline from tender to full contract conversion.
• Drive high-impact user activations for AI-driven products like hirify.global Scribe.
• Optimize implementation playbooks and deployment activities using data-driven insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of direct reports.
• Structure seamless cross-functional handovers between Business Development, Transformation, and Customer Success.
• Champion AI-driven approaches to improve operational maturity and data quality.

Requirements

• Proven line management experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen gained within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and measurable outcomes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and organizational change in a scaling team.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and manage complex stakeholder alignments.
