What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise customers, including instrument connectivity and data pipeline configuration.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments, including SSO provisioning, IT security reviews, and validation hurdles to ensure go-live ahead of schedule.
• Lead project kick-off, milestone tracking, and resource planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customer stakeholders, including Lab IT and scientific leads.
• Proactively manage risks and surface issues early to prevent escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to meet delivery commitments and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management.
• Demonstrated track record of navigating complex enterprise environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy with an understanding of instrument data lifecycles.
• Ability to travel to customer sites routinely (baseline expectation 1x weekly).
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline.
