What you will do

• Act as the primary delivery owner for assigned clients, managing end-to-end outcomes and business impact.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, risks, and capacity across Implementation PMs, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Govern account-level delivery artifacts, including schedules, RAID logs, and delivery management plans.
• Lead client governance, risk reviews, and status meetings to maintain trust and transparency.
• Manage resource planning and optimize allocation in partnership with offshore teams.
• Leverage automation and GenAI tools to streamline reporting and improve delivery transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare tech.
• Must be based in the US and commit to Central Time Zone business hours.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet and project management using Waterfall methodology.
• Proven experience coordinating onshore/offshore delivery models and managing global resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Healthcare payer industry experience.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or PMI-RMP certifications.
• MBA or an advanced degree in Business or Technology.
• Experience managing cloud-based technology projects.
