Salary: $99,000–$116,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead high-impact onboarding programs to establish the platform as a core tool for enterprise decision-making.
- Guide enterprise customers through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring measurable ROI and value realization.
- Define and track KPIs to measure onboarding success and platform adoption within the first 120 days.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to represent the customer voice and improve product playbooks.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational structures to meet unique customer needs.
- Drive long-term retention by building deep platform dependency and delivering consistent value.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated success in implementing or onboarding enterprise customers on a SaaS product.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguous topics with confidence.
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps in the workplace.
