What you will do

• Lead high-impact onboarding programs to establish the platform as a core tool for enterprise decision-making.
• Guide enterprise customers through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring measurable ROI and value realization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure onboarding success and platform adoption within the first 120 days.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to represent the customer voice and improve product playbooks.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational structures to meet unique customer needs.
• Drive long-term retention by building deep platform dependency and delivering consistent value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated success in implementing or onboarding enterprise customers on a SaaS product.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguous topics with confidence.
• Proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a collaborative environment.
• Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps in the workplace.
